Deliveries and Collections
We have large storage facilities at our warehouse in Solihull and maintain stock of all our popular equipment. For orders received by 1 pm we will arrange delivery within the UK for the next working day subject to stock availability and credit status. Outside the UK, goods are despatched either as instructed or by the most economical method. Deliveries to Ireland are typically within 2 to 3 days of order.

Terms of Business
All business is conducted strictly under our Standard Terms and Conditions of business, copies of which are available on request or can be downloaded here as pdf files:
Business is conducted on a Payment with Order basis, either by cheque, International Bankers Draft, credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or direct bank transfer, unless you have already agreed a credit facility with us.
These will be made available to reputable established companies who can demonstrate a record of paying their suppliers on time. Please ask for details for setting up a credit account. In-Situ Europe reserves the right to refuse credit facilities.
Our credit terms are strictly NET, WITHIN 30 DAYS of invoice date.
